MDP's Purpose and our WHY

My purpose, and the driving force behind MDP Consulting, is to ignite a revolution in

healthcare. I'm not just talking about tweaks and adjustments – I'm talking about a

fundamental shift in how we deliver and experience care, one that empowers clinicians

to break free from the stifling constraints of the corporate-dominated system and

cultivate thriving, patient-focused Direct Primary Care (DPC) practices. We want to

create the conditions where autonomy, genuine patient connection, and a restored

sense of purpose are the cornerstones for healthcare professionals and those they

serve.

But beyond the nuts and bolts of what we do, the real heart of me helping start MDP

Consulting resides in a deeply personal why: to reignite the human connection at the

very core of healthcare.

I’ve seen it firsthand. The current healthcare landscape is broken. I've witnessed the

systemic issues that are plaguing us all, leading to widespread burnout among

practitioners and a diminished quality of care for patients. Clinicians find themselves

drowning in administrative tasks, driven by relentless productivity quotas, and often

disconnected from the very reason they chose medicine in the first place. Patients, in

turn, are too often treated as numbers to reach a profit quota, experiencing rushed

appointments, limited access, and a lack of personalized attention. This system is

dehumanizing and unacceptable, and it's the fire that fuels my passion. I

can help clinicians be HAPPY AGAIN!
